Over the last ten years he has actively consullted to organisations on the benefits of IT Service Management, with particular emphasis on encouraging organisations to look beyond IT in their Service Management journey.
David works as a Solution Architect across the Asia Pacific region for Cherwell Software, consulting to organisations on improving their productivity using Service Management.
