Dan Teo spent most of 2015 working with two of NZ’s largest organisations, Spark and Westpac, helping
their human resources adopt Agile Practices.
The talk shares the journey and battle scars that Teo and his colleagues faced as a team over the year.
He will delve into the real stories that led to “ah-ha” moments and will translate practices that were traditionally used in Software Development to solve challenging and complex issues within the HR functions.
