David Carter is a founding partner at Stratos Technology Partners. He has been building software and teams for the past 20 years.
David is actively involved in the Christchurch development community as a member of the Canterbury Tech committee and organiser of the local .Net User Group.
Stratos Technology Partners was born out of the Christchurch earthquakes and one of New Zealand’s largest fraud cases.
