Anna Guenther is the founder and CEO of the crowdfunding website Pledgeme.co.nz . She will share her thoughts on how technology has enabled her to build a business. She will also talk about the challenges faced as a young woman involved in starting up the business.

Anna co-founded PledgeMe, New Zealand's first crowdfunding platform. PledgeMe help kiwis fund things they care about through their crowds.
Over four years the platform has raised over $8.6million for over 980 creative, community and entrepreneurial campaigns - ranging from food forests through to craft brewers.
Guenther co-creates and implements strategy, talks at events, and manages the PledgeMe team.
She also recently brought in a formal board of directors, and closed its first, second, and third rounds of investment.
PledgeMe consistently get coverage in the media, not just about its platform but the projects coming through.
The thing she enjoys most about her job is the amazing crowd that she's been connected to because of it.
