The ITx 2016 Programme may change without notice
Many project managers equate project success to ‘on-time, on-budget’ delivery but often overlook the actual quality of the outcome – both at the time of delivery and over the course of its expected life.
But what do we mean by ‘quality’, and how can it be meaningfully measured and managed?
In this presentation, Paul explores:
• Defining quality
• Selecting the most important attributes
• Starting with the end in mind
• Delivering a quality outcome.
With this broader understanding of quality, projects are more likely to deliver the right results.
