The ITx 2016 Programme may change without notice
Testing as we know is reliant on inputs from the rest of the software development lifecycle. A Test Practice Improvement assessment reviews the whole SDLC and provides some valuable insights into the health of your overall IT processes from project planning through to production support. Sophia provides an overview of the assessment process and then gives some insights from assessments she has conducted. This Assessment process has been used across both waterfall and agile environments, government and banking. Whilst making suggestions for efficiency and effectiveness gains in your test approach, it also shows up the relationship between IT and the Business, the effectiveness of PMO processes and capability, analysis maturity, development processes and of course testing.
